CFC ToU

Terms of Use:

The Forum Terms of Use are held very strictly and anybody who deliberately goes outside of these rules in a malicious manner will be promptly removed from the forum.

1. No "Clone Accounts". Meaning if a user goes and creates multiple accounts under several different identities for the sake of disrupting the group will be removed if given a reasonable doubt.

2. Be respectful. Everyone gets heated from time to time on the boards but any racial slurs, bigotry, or bias against someone because of race, color, creed, sex, or religion is not tolerated. This is a zero tolerance policy.

3. No Trolls. Meaning that you are not to go from thread to thread posting malicious articles with the intention of angering other forum members.

4. Any member who posts graphic/pornographic videos on any post anywhere throughout the forum will be removed without notice.

5. Anyone who posts graphic, lude, pornographic or any socially unacceptable pictures on any threads or as an avatar will removed without notice.

6. By being a member of this forum you subject your avatar image, quotes, pictures and videos to be used freely on the internet. So be careful what you post.

7. Any member who harasses another member via private messaging will be removed from the site after 3 warnings. If you are being harassed by another member via private messaging simply copy paste the message and send it to Nicky James. Likewise, if you are caught forging threatening messages and sending them to me saying that another member sent this to you you will be removed at my discretion.

8. CFC is not a place to debate politics or religion. Discussing religion is perfectly fine. However, slandering another member for their faith will not be tolerated and fall under ToU #2 regarding being respectful. Any member who harasses another because of faith based differences will be removed.

9. Foul, offensive, or any derogatory language is not permitted on LoL. By signing up for an account on CFC you agree to speak without using terms that are considered offensive. You must consider other members cultural, environmental, and religious differences. Offensive terms or any offensive terms to refer to the human anatomy are not allowed. Violating members will be issued 3 warnings. If the offense is repeated, the member will be removed without a 4th notice. Members may censor themselves in a modest way if they so choose, such as "Sh*t". Language over Private Messages is out of our control. If you are being PMed by someone who is using language that you find offensive, the best way to handle the situation would be to ask them politely to stop. If they continue, that falls under the headline of harassment and you can report them to me and they will comply with the rules regarding harassment.

10. Do Not Intentionally Double-Post. Violators will be issued 3 - 5 warnings depending on the severity of the offense. after the last warning, The member sill be have a suspended account  for 1 week. Upon returning, the member will only be issued 3 warnings before permanent removal.

 

11. Members that are under the age of 18 are encouraged to not post their last name on their public profile page here on CFC. This rule is for safety reasons. This is not punishable by removal or suspension and members will not be given any warnings. Members who are under 18 will be encouraged once to remove it and to read forum rules. From there it is at the discretion of the member.
